In other words: The window defines until when an interaction can receive credit for a sale.

Why is this important?

Attribution windows help answer questions like:
  • What is the average time between the first click and conversion?
  • Does an awareness campaign still influence conversions weeks later?
  • How to compare short-term vs. long-term results?
The choice of window can change the interpretation of results. A short window gives credit only to recent interactions, while a longer window shows the impact of top-of-funnel channels that act earlier in the journey.

Available windows in Nemu:

Full Journey (Infinite Window)

Considers all interactions from when the Nemu Pixel was installed to the present moment.
This is the broadest view of the journey, ideal for evaluating the total value of each channel over time.

7 days

Considers only interactions that occurred up to 7 days before conversion.
This is a shorter window, useful for understanding quick-response channels, such as remarketing or one-time promotions.

30 days

Considers interactions up to 30 days before conversion.
This is the most common market standard and provides a balanced view between acquisition and conversion campaigns.

60 days

Considers interactions up to 60 days before conversion.
This is useful for longer purchase cycles, where the customer researches, evaluates, and only later returns to buy.

Where to find the attribution window in Nemu?

You can adjust and view the attribution window in two places on the platform:
  1. Campaigns Tab
    • In campaign tables, each metric is presented according to the selected window.
    • This allows you to compare, for example, the performance of a campaign in 7 days vs. 30 days.
  2. Analytics Tab
    • At the top of the table, there’s an attribution windows filter.
    • Simply select the desired window to update all displayed data.

Summary

  • Full Journey → infinite view, from the beginning to today.
  • 7 days → ideal for quick response campaigns.
  • 30 days → balanced view and most used in the market.
  • 60 days → recommended for longer purchase cycles.
In Nemu, you have the flexibility to switch between these windows and better understand the role of each channel in different time horizons.
