How does Nemu work?
Nemu uses First Party Data, captured directly through integrations with platforms like:- Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- E-commerce platforms like Shopify and Nuvemshop
- Custom webhooks and checkouts
- Google Sheets (for automations and reports)
No data is estimated or statistically modeled — everything is based on real
and trackable information.
Why is Nemu data different?
When comparing Nemu data with what you see in GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, or other platforms, differences are expected — and desired. This happens because:- Platforms like Google and Meta have their own attribution goals, often focused on justifying their own results.
- Nemu is independent and impartial, offering a clear, auditable, and customizable view of the customer journey.
Attribution Models
Nemu offers three attribution models that you can switch according to your analysis:- First Click – Assigns 100% credit to the first touch. Ideal for analyzing acquisition channels.
- Last Click – Assigns 100% to the last channel before conversion. Useful for short-term decisions.
- Assisted – Shows all channels that participated in the journey, helping with the multi-touch view.
The results you see on each Nemu screen depend on the selected attribution
model. Therefore, analysis is always contextual and strategic.
