🔍 Causes and solutions

1. Third-party snippets

If your store’s theme was developed by third parties (not a standard Shopify theme), check or contact your developer to ensure it was created based on the most updated snippet available. The snippet plays a fundamental role in the functioning of UTMs. To solve this problem, simply update the snippet using the “Reinstall theme” option in Shopify or ask your developer to do it.

2. Old Store

If your store was created a considerable time ago, it may be using an outdated snippet. To solve this issue, update the snippet using the “Reinstall theme” option in Shopify. We have come to the end!
